About

Who am I?

In online spaces, I enjoy spending my free time doing a mixture of activities ranging from studying the world around me including nature, but also I love to spend my free time in the garden and in nature!I was born in the late 90s and grew up in the eastern-Midwest in the United States. I'm your average tired millennial with a working green thumb, and the more I learn, the more I want to try and practice, particularly with caring for and growing plants! I do have other interests outside of gardening that include but are not limited to: Befriending cats, video and board gaming, and several others, to just name a couple things. But this blog will mostly focus on gardening, nature, and things in that general category.I currently am living close to where I grew up for about the first half of my total life, which is the phenomenon known as the Midwest. We have plenty of corn, beans, the occasional tornado, but overall plenty of fertile soil and a good amount of sun, but with an unfortunately larger amount of humidity on average. It has its ups and downs, but overall it's a good 6a or 6b on the USDA hardiness scale. It's my most experienced area in terms of gardening, but not my only experience in terms of locations I've lived and gardened in, fortunately! For now, this blog is under construction, so for now, enjoy your stay and feel free to contact me personally if you have any questions for me!
